I have a 20-year old daughter. For being a good student, her grandparents gave her a not-so-brand-new car as a gift. She is pretty excited about it, but now I’m concerned about where to get money for her car insurance. Is there affordable young female car insurance in Texas?

I can just imagine how excited your daughter about getting her own car. I’m not sure though how you feel about it. Being a mother, you are concerned about her safety and the cost.
